How to Request an Exchange

- The item(s) you wish to exchange.
- The preferred replacement item(s) (including size and color).
Exchange Delivery Process
Once your exchange is approved, our delivery carrier will perform a one-step swap: they will bring your replacement item and, at the same time, collect the item you are exchanging. Please ensure the exchange item is ready to hand over to the carrier upon arrival.Returns and Refunds Policy
